摘要

Abstract

The experiment of forming tool steels T15 by metal-bonded diamond grinding wheels, obtaining the accurate and good shape of grinding wheel, using which after a long time grinding, the specimens has been shaped which can meet the requirements of surface machining accuracy. The results show that the wheel contours can be got, meeting the forming grinding requirements,by EDM methods precisely modify metal-bonded grinding wheel. In the forming grinding process,groove side wear rate is always the greatest, while the surface of rotary grinding wheel wear the most stably.
