EOQ法随机库存预警模型研究与应用
Research and application of the random inventory pre-alarm model based on EOQ
摘要
Abstract
Because of the random orders, the enterprises frequently faced the situation of superabundant stocks and high excessive inventory cost. Therefore ,first puts forward a modified Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) random inventory pre-alarm model ,then combines this model with the traditional ABC classification method to setup the material parameter,purchase point and purchase quantity. This pre-alarm model applied in some Shanghai electrical enterprise,provided reference for the enterprise setting down a reasonable purchasing,and made more effective.关键词
