摘要

Abstract

Based on control equations in fluid dynamics,the primary thought of oil-spray process for cold header is proposed according to green manufacture. The digital method is used to flow of oil-spray multi-flow for main control box of its process, and there are some simulation with CFD software to analyze the rules of pressure and velocity, multi-phase flow and the effect of different positions of oil-spray inlet to its process, where the related charts are generated, and finally the best control box is analyzed and presented.
