Abstract
Objective To measure the histocyte changes in human body composition in postoperation pancreatic cancer patients. Methods 22 cases of pancreatic cancer patients undergone selective operation were detected the histocyte changes by body composition analyzer on admission in hospital and 8 days after operation.Results Compared with preoperative pancreatic cancer patients, the group of lean tissue of postoperative ones decreased from (50.11±7.96) to (4.93±7.26), and the adipose tissue decreased from (20.02±6.72) to (17.53±6.53). There were significant differences before and after the perioperative period(P＜0.01). There was significant loss of lean body mass and fat mass. Conclusion Perioperative pancreatic cancer patients showed significant changes of body histocyte changes. Therefore, the perioperative nutrition support should be emphasized to improve nutrition status of patients.关键词
