重型颅脑损伤患者手术治疗策略探讨

Abstract
Objective To explore the surgical treatment stratagem on the patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods The clinical data of 82 cases patients with severe craniocerebral injury, who were treated with surgical treatment in our hospital from 2008 to 2011, were analyzed retrospectively. Results 69 cases survived; the survival rate was 84.1%.The other 13 cases died; the mortality was 15.9%. 40 cases recovered well; it counted for 48.7%.Conclusion Choosing a suitable surgical treatment, using rational surgical operaion, and utilizing effectible postoperative nursing care to treat the patients with severe craniocerebral injury can increase their survival rate and promote their life quality.关键词
