百草枯中毒的预后与相关临床因素探讨

摘要
Abstract
Objective Discuss the relevant clinical elements of paraquat poisoning,and search for reasonable and effective cure proposal. Methods To look back and analyse the clinical material of 83 patients poisoned by paraquat per os. Results 28 of the patients are alive, and 55 are dead. The death rate is 66. 3％ . The amount of poison, complications, time of hemoperfusion and so on, have an impact on the death rate of patients. Conclusion The death rate of paraquat poisoning is high. The amount of poison, complications , the levels of myocardial enzymogram and cure measures are the main affecting elements of prognosis. Cure measures such as using bolusalba and hemoperfusion as soon as possible , can lower the death rate obviously.关键词
