康脑液预处理对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠脑组织的谷氨酸/氨基丁酸比值的影响
Effect of Kangnaoye on the ratio of Glu/GABA in rats during cerebral ischemia-reperfusion
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Kangnaoye on the amino acids neurotransmitter contents of brain in rats during cerebral ischemia -reperfusion in order to investigate the mechanism of action of Kangnaoye.Methods Sixty rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, such us sham - operation group, ischemia - reperfusion group, Kangnaoye groups with different dose, edaravone group.The models of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion were established in rats by methods of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO).The animals were killed to the deadline of the schedule.The contents changes of Glu,γ - GABA of brain were detected by the method of pre - column derivatizing method with 2,4 - dinitrofluorobenzene.Results Compared with the sham group, the contents of Glu,γ- GABA and the ratio of Glu/GABA were increased significantly in modie group ( P < 0.05 ).Compared with ischemia - reperfusion group, the contents of Glu were decrease and the ratio of Glu/GABA tend to normal in Kangnaoye group ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Kangnaoye may protective the brain through decrease the contents of Glu and the ratio of Glu/GABA.关键词
