Abstract
Objective To develop a method for simultaneous determination the content of caffeotannic acid and meletin in Jiangan oral solution.Methods HPLC was used under the conditions of Kromasil C18 column,gradient elution, mobile phase A with acetonitrile and mobile phase B with 0. 4％ of H3PO4 - tetrahydrofuran ( 100: 0. 5 ). The process of gradient elution was 10％ of phase A and 90％ of phase B between 0 - 12 minutes and changed linearly to 50％ of phase A and 50％ of phase B between 12 -25 minutes and maintaining 5 minutes at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1, temperature of 30 ℃ and wavelength of 360 nm. Results The linear range of caffeotannic acid was 19. 2 - 192 μg · mL-1 with γ=0. 9999 and average recovery of 99. 7％ and RSD of 1.89％, while 0.78-7.8 μg · mL-1 with γ =0. 9998 and average recovery of 100. 8％ and RSD of 2. 34％ for meletin. Conclusion This method is simple, fast and reproducible with high specificity which is applicable for quantitative analysis of Jiangan oral solution.关键词
