军队医院文职人员参与卫勤保障的初探
Civilian participation in military hospitals of medical support
摘要
Abstract
Objective:civilian participation in military hospitals, the feasibility of medical support at sea. Methods:will participate in exercises at sea medical support field hospital medical team in all 24 civilian staff into civilian group, while the team randomly selected 24 active duty military personnel are divided into groups, each physician in both groups 7, 14 nurses, 2 technicians, pharmacists 1. Two were from a political ideology, professional competence, exercise performance, mental Quality, experience and skills to observe the contents of the five assessment score, and more. Results:of the military group in addition to the experience and skills in the average score is better than civilian group(P＜0. 05), while in political thinking, professional competence, exercise performance, mental quality of the average scores two groups was similar. Conclusion:civilian personnel have been equipped with the capacity of medical support at sea, will become the army medical service in the field of a new, indispensable backbone.关键词
