摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of training to new nurses on nursing procedure model teaching.Methods:24 new nurses were divided into the observation group(14 cases)and the control group(10 cases),nursing procedure model teaching was used in observation group ,routine model teaching was used in the control group.Results:The observation group was superior to the control group on the performence of theory test,operation test and satisfaction to training(p＜0.05).Conclusion:nursing procedure model teaching could improve the effect of training to new nurses.关键词
