桡骨小头骨折的治疗选择及疗效评估

摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss treatment options and effects evaluation of radius capitulum fracture.Methods 42 radius capitulum fracture patients were treated by plaster external fixation, open reduction internal fixation and radius capitulum excision respectively after Mason typing, and their effects were evaluated.Results 42 patients were followed-up for 12 to 24 months,averagely 20 months.Effects were evaluated according to Mayo elbow joint function score, with 100％ fine rate for Mason Ⅰ fracture after conservative therapy, 83.3％ fine rate for Mason Ⅱ & Ⅲ fracture after open reduction internal fixation, and 80％ fine rate for Mason Ⅲ fracture after radius capitulum excision.Conclusion Satisfactory curative effect can be achieved for radius capitulum fracture after condign treatment measure based on Mason typing.Mason Ⅰ fracture should be given conservative therapy such as plaster external fixation, Mason Ⅱ and most Mason Ⅲ fracture can receive open reduction internal fixation, while severe smashing Mason Ⅲ fracture should be given radius capitulum excision关键词
