Abstract
To evaluate the effects of air anti-submarine Network Centric Warfare system on combat outcomes, firstly decision-making quality transformation is analyzed in information domain and cognitive domain and three measures of decision-making quality, such as completeness, correctness and currency,are given and then the measure and the metric of completeness, correctness and currency are explored in sub-domain, and finally the models of evaluating the effectiveness are presented.关键词
