Abstract
The tracking accuracy and the stability problem of immobile or weak mobile target have been trap to round people.This paper basis current statistics model of mobile target and the adaptive filtering algorithm of mean and variance.Constructived to put forward adaptive tracking algorithm of mobile target based on the neural network.Simulation experiments show it's effectiveness.关键词
