Abstract
Qualitative and quantitative analyses of pesticides residue in the samples of FAPAS (Food Analysis Performance Assessment Scheme) proficiency tests (PTs)were performed by identified and reliable analytical methods. Firstly, on-line chromatography and mass spectrometry was applied to screen the target compounds from a list of pesticides, and then the characteristics of the samples and the target compounds were evaluated in order to use an appropriate pre-processing technology and detection methods for quantitative analysis once the target pesticides were identified. The |Z| values of all the parameters in six FAPAS PTs were less than 2, and the results were satisfactory.关键词
