摘要
Abstract
Objective: to explore the clinical features of aneurysrnal SAH and compare them with nonaneurismal SAH. Methods:We compared 80 cases with aneurvsnlal SAH and 72 cases with nonaneurysmal SAH in the clinicad manifeatations,onsciousness on admission, Hunt and Hessgrade,CT scan fatures,complications and prognosis and summarized the clinical features of aneurysmal SAH. Results: There were evident variance on clinical process,imaging, occurrence of complications and prognosis between aneurysmal SAH and nonaneurysmal SAH. Conclusions: The aneurysmal SA H,has the characteristic of, more complications and a worse prognosis as compared to nonaneurysmal SAH.关键词
