Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of THRIVE (Tl High Resolution Isotropic Volume Examination) technique of MRI in the diagnosis of abdominal diseases. Methods THRIVE technique was applied to the scan of 67 cases with upper abdominal diseases and its value was analyzed. Results 45 cases with diseases of liver, gallbladder, pancreas and splee, 10cases with kidney and adrenal gland, 2 cases with abdominal aneurysm, 5 case with primary vetro-peritoneal tumor and 1 case with testis, 1 case with ovarian tumor in pelvic cavity, 1 case with carcinoma of stomach and 1 case with carcinoma of colon, 1 case with abscess of peritoneal space were found by THRIVE sequence. The positive rate was 97.1％. The focus of infection in 2 cases were not found by THRIVE sequence, and the negative rate was 2.9％. Conclusion THRIVE technique of MRI could satisfy the clinical diagnostic need in the examination of upper abdominal diseases.THRIVE technique has features of high-resolution imaging with large FOV coverage and excellent fat suppression.关键词
