摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the expression of PKC-α and BCL-2 and relationship between them in ameloblastoma, to investigate biological behavior of their genesis and development.Method:To measure the expression of PKC-α and BCL-2 by S-P method in 42 patients with AB, and take 10 oral normal mucosa,and 10 odontogenic keratocyst (OKC) as controls.Result: The expression rate of PKC-α positive cells in AB was significantly higher than that in the controls, the expression of BCL-2 in AB was greatly higher than in the controls, and there was direct correlation between the expression of PKC-α and BCL-2.Conclusions: PKC-α and BCL-2 is over expression in AB.PKC-α and BCL-2 plays an important role in genesis and development of AB and is related with cell differentiation and proliferation.关键词
