Abstract
Objective: To seek a time-saving, convenient, effective removable appliance with posterior bite plate and lingual spring applying on correcting deciduous anterior crossbite, improve clinical working effciency.Method: 22 examples of deciduous anterior crossbite were selected and divided into 3 groups randomly.The first group of stainless steel wire, the second group of orthodontic stainless steel wire produced a hyperbolic reed events maxillary splint appliance, the third group of orthodontic stainless steel wire produced double coil reed events maxillary splint treatment, respectively, a 1,3,5-week return visit afterburner.Observe and compare the treatment time and the visit times.Result:The first group,the average treatment time of about 71.4 days, an average visit times of about 10.2 times.The second group, the average cure time of about 70 days, average visit times of about 3.7 times.The third group, the average treatment time of about 67.9 days on average about 2.3 times per example.Through the comparsion of the three groups, the cure time has not remarkable difference (P＞0.05), but the average subsequent visit times has the significance difference (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion: Removable appliance with posterior bite plate and double coil reed is time-saving, convenient and effective, and can improve clinical working effciency.关键词
