摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between the location of colon cancer and lung metastasis which originates from colon cancer and to predict colon cancer prognosis. Methods 516 colon cancer surgery cases were randomly chosen in my hospital from 2002 to 2009, which was used to analyze and research on the location of colon cancer and lung metastasis. Results The incidence of lung metastasis which originated from left colon cancer was statistically different from which originated from right colon cancer (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The left colon cancer is more prone to lung metastases and worse prognosis than the right colon.关键词
