Abstract
Objective To explore the etiology of postoperative jaundice in bile duct and treatment. Methods Retrospective clinical analysis was made in 31 cases in our hospital from 2003 to 2009. Results 6 of 31 cases were non - obstructive jaundice and 25 were obstructive jaundice.The commonest reason included retained calculus and ampullary cancer and the injury of bile- duct.Conclusion A timely diagnoses and effective therapeutic methods were needed for jaundice following postoperative of bile- tract.关键词
