四种健身气功锻炼对老年人焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响
The Influence of Four Fitness Qigongs' Exercise on Emotional Health of Senior Citizens

Abstract
Objective: To explore the influence of different fitness qigongs' exercise on emotional health of senior citizens. Methods: Researchers firstly have done a survey about qigongs' exercise and emotional health of senior citizens in different cities parks in China. Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS) and life event scale (LES) were tested in different groups. After the survey, researchers did quasi-experiment on different qigongs' exercise groups, which are selected from previous surveyed subjects. Through monequivalent control group pretest-posttest design,it discussed the influences of three month fitness Qigongs' exercise on emotional health of senior citizens. Results: ①Four fitness qigong exercises positively influence emotional health of senior citizens significantly. ②Comparing to non-exercise habit, Tai-Chi, Huoxiangzhuang, Xinshenzhuang, and Yijinjin exercise habit can positively influence senior citizens anxiety significantly. Yijinjin and Tai-Chi exercise habit have positive effects on depression. ③Marriage is an important demographic variable which influences emotional health of senior citizens significantly. Besides that, positive life event and pretest level of anxiety influence anxiety decreasing of senior citizens significantly. Negative life event and pretest level of depression influence depression decreasing of senior citizens significantly. Conclusion: Four Fitness Qigongs' Exercise had positive influence on Emotional Health of Senior Citizens. Among them, Tai-Chi and Yijinjin were the best exercise.关键词
