Abstract
By following the continuous revaluation of Chinese RMB for recent years, the profit gained by Chinese engineering enterprises from overseas contracting project has to take the risk of exchange loss. Due to different factors which result in the risks of various payment and settlement modes, in order to reduce the bad effect of RMB revaluation as much as possible, it is suggested to consider the factors of currency revaluation and prices inflation before bidding, supplement protective clauses before signing the contract. The methods of risk transfer should be adopted for sub-contract.关键词
