摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical efficiency between Micro-injury Peritomy Anastomoses Device and the conventional Circumcision. Methods 235 patients were taken operations with Peritomy Anastomoses Device and 120 patients underwent the conventional Circumcision randomly. they were compared in operation time,blood loss and postoperative complications. Results Compared with the conventional surgery group,the micro-injury group experienced significantly shorter operation time,less blood loss and postoperative complications (P＜0.01),and had advantages of without dressing change,neat incisions,and good outlook of penis. Conclusions In comparison with the conventional method. The procedure with Peritomy Anastomoses Device is much more convenient,simpler and safer,achieving satisfactory treatment effects with fewer Complications.According with the demand of modern surgery,It is worth popularizing.关键词
