Abstract
Scales of cane sugar factory mainly exist in the evaporators, filters of syrup and vacuum pans, which are bad for the process and quality of production. Wet digestion method was used to scales from evaporators,filters of syrup and vacuum pans and contents of calcium and magnesium were determinated by flame atomic absorption spectrometry in digestion solutions of scales, the results were analyzed and compared. Using this method, the measured calcium content of scales was 206 ~ 266 mg/kg, RSD was 0.21~2.28, the recovery rate was 97.4%~103.5%; magnesium content of scales was 0.4~2.22 mg/kg, RSD was 1.31~3.34, the recovery rate was 95.2%~106.4%, which has good accuracy and precision.关键词
