壳聚糖表面活性剂的制备及其表面性能
Preparation and surface performance of chitosan surfactants

Abstract
A series of O - hydroxypropyl - N - alkyl chitosan surfactants ( Cn - HPCS ) were prepared from chitosan. The structures of the resulting derivatives were characterized by means of IR and 1HNMR, as well as their surface performance was evaluated through surface tension, cmc, HLB value and foaming properties, et al.Results showed that their cmc were measured as 0. 016 ～0. 05 mmol/L,and the HLB values are between 5.33 and 13.89. They perform good foaming properties and their emulsifying power is better than Tween 60.关键词
