摘要
Abstract
A new high performance liquid chromatography/ultraviolet -visible detector (HPLC/UV -Vis) method was developed for the simultaneous determination of four forbidden colorants in cosmetics. The cosmetic sample was extracted using ethanol as solvent and the extract was analyzed by HPLC using a C18 reversed -phase column (5 μm,250 mm ×4.6 mm) with gradient elution using acetonitrile (A) and 0. 5% H3PO4 (B) as mobile phase. The quantitative analysis was carried out by external standard method using UV - Vis as detector with detection wavelength at 530 nm. The LODs of Basic Violet 1, Pigment Orange 5, Sudan Blue 2 and Sudan Red IV were identified as 0. 05,0. 5,0. 5,0. 2 μg/mL respectively. The average recoveries of four colorants range from 86% to 100% with RSDs of 3.68% ~ 8.02%.关键词
