摘要

Abstract

Experimental research on low temperature magnetic roasting-magnetic separation for Zinc - bearing dust in blast furnace was carried out in this paper. The result shows iron concentrate with high -grade can be effectively extracted from the dust adopting the technology of low temperature magnetic roasting-magnetic separation when the roasting temperature is about 900℃ and the roasting time is 30min. The roasted products should be cooled by means of water - cooling because it can effectively prevent oxidation. Thermodynamic study shows that the roasting temperature can be properly improved in order to enhance the reaction speed.
