摘要
Abstract
Objective :To investigate low field M R findings of spondylitis caused by Brucells infection and to improve the clinical diagnosis . Methods: 6 cases with spondylitis caused by Brucells infection collected were taken with MR and reviewed of literature . Results : It was found that M R findings of these cases with spondylitis appeared most frequently in the lower lum bar spine than other spine with bony hyperostosis intensely , especially in the L4 -5 vertebral bodys. It appeared hyperostosis intensely reactively . Conclusion : Low field M R findings of spondylitis caused by Brucells infection is characteristic . Differential diagnosis should include spinal tuberculosis and pyogenic spondylitis .关键词
