摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of SPECT radionuclide bone in aging in the efficacy evaluation of radiotherapy and chem otherapy in bone m etastasis.M ethods: Sixty patients with bone m etastases,group A accep ted radiotherapy com bined with chem otherapy,group B accep ted radio therapy alone.After treatm ent com pletion 1,3,6 threem on ths, bone in aging inspection was rechecked separately,observing the differences of the efficay.Results：①The efficacy of the group A after treatm ent completion 1,3,6 three m on ths were:63 .9％,72 .7 ％and 54 .3 ％;group B:52 .0％61 .9％ and 42 .2％,respectively.The efficacv of the third m on thafter treatm entw as better than the other two months in both group A and B．②The efficacy after treatment 1,3,6three m on ths in the group A were better than that in the group B,the dfferences were statistically significant.The efficacy of the differen tparts of the thid month after treatm entin the group A were better than that in the group B,the dfference was statistically significant in the chest part( P＜ 0.01).③The efficacy of the dfferent types of bone m etastases of the third month after treatn ent in the group A were better than that in the group B,the difference was statistically significant in the breast cancer bone m etastases( P＜0 .05).ConclUSion:T here is high clinical application value of a series of regular bone aging in patients with bone m etastases for clinical decision m aking and readjusm ent after radiotherapy and chem otherapy.关键词
