一种噪声环境中的多波束相位差估计新方法
A new approach to multibeam phase difference estimation in noise circumstances

Abstract
In considering the problem of the precision of phase difference estimation and the quality of the bathymetrie data being seriously influenced by noise interference, theoretic analysis and computer simulation were used to study the impact of the noise on phase difference estimation, and useful signal processing methods were proposed to decrease measurement bias and increase the reliability of sonar systems. The results indicate that noise influence on phase difference is not the same in different parts of one bathymetric swath. Using wide subarray spacing, the information of signal amplitude and variable bandwidth filtering can decrease the noise and improve the phase difference estimation precision. The signal processing methods are illustrated by data from a 300 kHz multibeam echo sounder.关键词
