原发性肝癌组织中SOX7mRNA的表达
Expression of SOX7 mRNA in parimay hepatocellular carcinoma tissue
摘要
Abstract
Aim : To investigate the expression of SOX7 mRNA in parimay hepatocellular carcinoma ( HCC ) tissue. MethodS:The expression level of SOX7 mRNA in 7 hepatocarcinoma cell lines( HepG2,SNU449,SNU182 ,SMMC-7721, HUH-7 ,PLC-PRF-5 and Hep3B) ,40 cases of HCC and the matched adjacent normal hepatic tissue was detected using Real-time PCR assay. Results: The expression level of SOX7 mRNA in 7 HCC cell lines was low. The expression level of SOX7 mRNA was (1. 189 ± 1. 213 ) in HCC tissue, significantly lower than (1.821 ±1.718) in the normal tissue (t = 2. 040, P =0.048). The SOX7 mRNA expression level was associated with the clinical stage(Z = 2. 158,P = 0.031) of HCC patients. Conclusion: Down-regulation of SOX7 expression may be involved in carcinogenesis and development of HCC.关键词
