农村适宜卫生技术培训效果评价及影响因素分析
Evaluation of training effects and analysis of influential factors on feasible health technology in rural areas

Abstract
Aim:To explore the training effects and influential factors on feasible health technology, and then provide for the scientific basis for training of feasible health technology in rural areas. Methods: A total of 3 016 doctors in the rural medical organizations or hospitals in five counties (Linying, Changge, Wancheng, Xinmi and Mengzhou) with a self-designed questionnaire, and multifactor Logistic regression model was applied to data analysis. ResultS:98. 6% (2974/3016) of respondents were willing to participate in training of feasible health technology, and 87. 9% (2651/3016) of respondents obtained the skills about feasible health technology, and only 12. 1% (365/3016) of respondents thought that they had not obtained the skills of this training. Influential factors on the capacity regarding feasible health technology might include; level of work (OR = 1.598, 95% CI = 1.064 -2.400) , degree of education (OR=2.836, 95% CI = 2.072 -3.881), Traditional Chinese medicine (OR =2. 418, 95% CI = 1. 704 ～ 3. 513 ) , western medicine ( OR = 1. 201 , 95% CI = 1. 022 ~ 1.413 ) , technical qualifications ( OR = 1. 862, 95 % CI = 1. 286 ～ 2. 697 ) , practice qualification ( OR = 2. 082, 95% C/ = l. 486 ～2.917) and training requirement (OR=3.342, 95% CI = 1. 714 -6. 516). Conclusion: The training effect of feasible health technology is better, and the further training should be based on the basic situation of doctors, and carried out at different levels.关键词
