头痛宁对偏头痛模型大鼠硬脑膜、三叉神经节及脑干区JNK-1和PAR-2表达的影响
Effects of Tou Tong Ning on expression of JNK-1 PAR-2 in dura mater, trigeminal ganglia and brainstem areas of migraine model rats

Abstract
Aim: To observe the effect of on Chinese medicine Tou Tong Ning expressions of mitogen-activated protein kinase family, c-Jun N-terminal kinase-1 (JNK-1) and G-protein-coupled receptor family of protease-activated receptor-2 ( PAR-2) in the dura mater, trigeminal ganglia and brainstem areas of migraine model rats induced by nitroglycerin. Methods: 30 adult SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups (n = 10) :the normal control group,model group and Tou Tong Ning treatment group. Model group and treatment group were injected subcutaneouly with nitroglycerin 10 mg/kg to establish migraine model. Gastric perfusion of distilled water (1. 04 mL/kg) was given in the model group after model establishment 30 min.and Tou Tong Ning(1.2 g/kg) was given in the treatment group after model establishment IS -20 min. JNK-1, PAR-2 expression were observed in the dura, the trigeminal nerve Festival and brainstem areas by immunohistochemical staining of each group. Results: In the model group, JNK-1 , PAR-2 expression in more than the other three groups were significantly increased ( JNK-1: Fdurm mater = 288. 665 , Ftrigeminal ganglion = 20016. 775 , Fbrain atem = 333774. 771, P < 0. 001; PAR2:Fdurm mater =25790. 690,Ftrigeminal gaanlion = 820. 497 ,Fbrain atem = 198. 165 ,P < 0. 001 ). Treatment group and the normal control group had no statistical significance ( P > 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: The Tou Tong Ning can prevent migraine headache through decrease the expression of JNK-1, PAR-2 in dura mater, trigeminal ganglia and brain stem areas of migraine model rats.关键词
