摘要

Abstract

An experimental research on comprehensive recovery was carried out to make full use of such valuable elements as copper, lead, zinc and sulfur, which were contained in a gold ore in Inner Mongol. The technological flowsheet of recovering coarse gold with Knelson Concentrator-flotation separation-concentrate regrinding-gold leachint was adopted, among which CFS and lime were acted as high - efficiency inhibitor of pyrite when flotation separation was performed. Through the stage grinding,the copper concentrate of 21.87% Cu with a recovery of 90.27%and the sulfur concentrate of 44.33% S with a recovery of 85.76% 91.11% were obtained respectively. As well as the comprehensive recovery of gold reached 91.11%. All of these separation indexes are satisfactory. Meanwhile,this technology is economic and reasonable, suiting for industrial production.
