摘要

Abstract

Located in the confluence of two rivers,Chongqing is rich with surface water resources. As a result, river water source heat pump system as a new technology of building energy saving has a market with great potential in Chongqing. Because of the unit inflow water quality requirements and current water quality of two rivers, water treatment technology especially for sand removal is the key factor for the application. Considering the water quality characteristics of high sediment concentration in Yangtze river and J ialing river, especially the high fine sand content, the paper analyzed the deficiency of conventional treatment and mechanical filter as well as the suitability of hydro cyclone. Hydrocyclone was considered to be suitable for water treatment in terms of sand removal of river water source heat pump system in Chongqing. The paper also pointed out the present limitations in terms of the application of hydrocyclone products in river water source heat pump system in Chongqing. Multiple measures for hydrocyclone applications in the future were put forward, such as strengthening water quality data monitoring, developing innovative special products for fine sand removal, optimizing multiple products combination and pipeline system, strengthening the process monitoring and enhancing industry regulation.
