强直性脊柱炎合并脊柱骨折的手术治疗OACSTPCD
Surgical procedure of ankylosing spondylitis combined with spinal fracture
目的 探讨手术治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)合并脊柱骨折的疗效.方法 AS合并脊柱骨折患者8例,均行手术切开复位内固定.6例胸腰椎骨折伴脊髓损伤患者采用后路椎弓根螺钉固定、椎板减压、植骨术;2例颈椎骨折患者无神经症状予前路钢板固定加自体髂骨移植术.结果 术后Cobb角5.7°～8.3°.8例均获随访,时间8～29个月.内固定位置均良好,复位无明显丢失.VAS评分:术前为7～9( 7.9±0.8)分,术后为1～4(2.3±0.9)分.神经功能:D级2例均…查看全部>>
