Abstract
Objective To explore the surgical technique and the clinical outcome of intra-articular fracture of the calcaneus by open reduction and internal fixation with anatomy plate.Methods 56 patients with intra-articular calcaneal fractures were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with anatomy plate, of which 36 cases were performed with autologous iliac bone graft.Results 56 cases were followed up for 12 ～ 32( 21.1 ±3.5 ) months.There was no joint surface subsidence and reduction lost, or screws malposition.According to the Maryland foot score system, the results were excellent in 25 cases, good in 22, fair in 7 , and poor in 2, and 83.9％ of patients were scored as good or excellent.Conclusions Intra-articular fractures of calcaneus can be treated with open reduction and internal fixation with anatomy plate.With early function exercises, it provides satisfactory result.关键词
