椎体前路钢板加压诱导羊椎间盘退变的实验研究
Construction of goal model of intervertebral disc degeneration induced by anterior lumbar interbody fixation with plate

Abstract
Objective To design a new goat model of intervertebral disk degeneration.Methods L3～4 , L4～5 intervertebral disks of 8 goats were regarded as targets , and L3 , L5 vertebral bodies were fixed by plates.Intervertebral disk change on T2-weight MRI, morphology and histological change of intervertebral disk through HE staining after six months were observed.Results Seven goats survived.and one died in view of anaesthesia.The signal of target discs decreased significantly on T2-weight MRI, nucleus pulposus fibrosis and annulus fibrosus rupture were found by HE staining.Conclusions The structure and histology of sheep is similar to humans, anterior lumbar interbody fixation with plate can induce construction of goal model of intervertebral disc degeneration.关键词
