Research NC Machining Visual Simulation System Running in AutoCAD
摘要
Abstract
NC machining simulation is an important measure to verify correctness and rationality of NC machining program instead of the traditional "test cut". The NC machining simulation environment, including roughcast, tools, fixture and machine tool modeling, is constructed in computer by combining three-dimensional entity modeling and database method. The three dimensional and Boolean solid modeling method is used to realize the simulation of tools movement and dynamic cutting process geometry and collision interference checking. The mathematic model of surface roughness is built to predicate a machined surface roughness.关键词
