Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine on acute glomerulonephritis complicated with acute renal failure. Methods 72 cases of acute glomerulonephritis complicated with acute renal failure were divided randomly into treatment group and control group. 40 cases in treatment group were treated with combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine; 32 cases in control group were treated only by western medicine. Results After 4 weeks of treating, the effective rate in treatment group was 97.5％, which was significantly higher than that ( 87.5％ ) of control group( P ＜ 0.05 ). There were significantly differences in BP,urinary protein of 24hr, serum Scr, BUN before and after treatment( P ＜ 0.05,P ＜ 0.01 ), improvement in treatment group were superior to those of control group( P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion Combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine was obviously superior to western medicine alone in improving prognosis of acute glomerulonephritis complicated with acute renal failure.关键词
