摘要
Abstract
To study the hypoglycemic effect of water extract of Semen Cassiae Sopherae (WESCS) on diabetic rats.Methods: Wistar rats (n=70) were induced diabetic models with streptozotocin, and were randonly divided into teated group, glibenclamide group, Xiaoke Wan group, large, medium and small doses WESCS groups, and another 10 normal rats were attributed to the normal control group.Control group and treated group were treated with intragastric administration of distilled water, while glibenclamide group, Xiaoke Wan group,large, medium and small doses groups were administrated with glibenclamide, Xiaoke Wan and WESCS respectively.After 4 weeks, routine blood index and blood biochemical indicators were examined.Compared with control group or model group, the blood sugar levels were significantly decreased in large and medium doses WESCS group (P＜O.05,P＜O.O1).WESCS had the hypoglycemic effects on hyperglycemia rats.关键词
