HPLC-ELSD法测定肾衰康口服液中黄芪甲苷的含量
Content Determination of Astraloside in Shenshuaikang Liquor by HPLC-ELSD
摘要
Abstract
To determine the content of Astraloside in ShenShuaiKang Oral Liquor.Aatraloside in ShenShuaiKang Oral Liquor was determinated by HPLC-ELSD, Use the Diamonsil-C18 (4.6 × 250 mm,5 μ m) column, its mobile phase was acetenitrile-water (30:70).The flowrate was lmL/min, drift tube temperature was 105℃ ,and gas flow rate was 2.il.]min.It was showed that the Astraloside had a good linearity within the range of 0.4 μ g～4 μ g (r=0.999 5).The average recovery was 98.85 ％, and RSD=I.65％(n=6).This method is simple and accurate for determination of Astraloside content in ShenShuaiKang Oral Liquor.关键词
