穿龙薯蓣果实挥发油化学成分的GC-MS分析
Analysis of Volatile Oils From the Fruits of Dioscorea nipponica Makino by GC-MS
摘要
Abstract
To analyze the chemical constituents in volatile oils from the fruits of Dioscorea nipponica Makino by GC-MS-computer technology. Eighty compounds were found aggregately, among them 31 compounds were identified with the computer standard spectra as n-Hexadecanoic acid (18.79％)、linoleic acid (12.98％)、Nootkatone (6.09％)、tetradeeanal (4.19％) and etc. The study provided solid and scientific proof for the exploitation and utilization of the fruits of Dioscorea nipponica Makino.关键词
