Application Experience of JWF9562 Transfer System in Roving-spinning Unit
摘要
Abstract
Characteristics and application effect of JWF9562 transfer system in roving-spinning unit were discussed.Technology characteristics and parameter, equipment installation, maintenance and improvement were introduced.It is pointed out that JWF9562 transfer system in roving-spinning unit is controlled by PLC, the shifting fork mechanism is simple, running is flexible and stable, transport circuit is exact.Auto transfer of full and empty bobbins is realized, the labor tensity and roving damage by man are reduced, and the roving quality can be improved.关键词
