Experience of Saving Energy in Sizing
摘要
Abstract
Technology management measures of saving energy in sizing were summarized.The functions of high pressure sizing, value of sizing rate and sizing regain in energy-saving sizing were introduced.Control range of extrusion regain, control measures of sizing rate and sizing regain were introduced.Calculation method of ideal sizing regain was proposed also.It is pointed out that the equipment and processing can be combined in sizing to save energy and reduce emission, and the better effect can be got after controlling sizing operation method, plan arrangement and size management.关键词
