梳针分梳板与锯齿分梳板对涤纶纱毛羽的影响
Effect of Pin and Saw-tooth Carding Plate on Polyester Yarn Hairiness
摘要
Abstract
Effect of pin and saw-tooth carding plate installed under the lick-in of carding machine on polyester yarn hairiness was studied. The 2 mm and over 3 mm hairiness of yarn produced under the conditions of using pin carding plate and saw-tooth carding plate at the gauges ofO. 3 mm, 0.5 mm and 1.0 mm were tested with YG172 hairiness tester. The result shows that two kinds of carding plate at the gauge of 0.3 mm were the best for decreasing hairiness. Compared with two carding plates, installing pin carding plate was more favorable for decreasing polyester yarn hairiness.关键词
