芝麻空间育种后代诱变效应研究
Study on Sesame Offspring Mutagenic Effects of Space Breeding

Abstract
Shijian - 8 of Yuzhi No. 11, Japan black sesame, Zhengzhi D15, Zhengzhi 05N01 and Zhengzhi 06ms030 were conducted to the space breeding process with satellite Shijian No. 8. Mutagenic effects of SP2 、SP3 were studied in present paper. The results were as following: Growth stages were shorter(3-11 d, except Zhengzhi05N01), plant height were higher (26.0 - 134. 9 cm, except Zhengzhi 06ms030) of SP2 than CK. Growth stages, except Zhengzhi D15 ,and plant height of SP3 were longer than CK, the increment was 1- 11 d and 9.6- 60. 7 cm respectively. Yield per plant, capsule per plant and 1000-seedweight of Yuzhi No. 11 ,Zhengzhi D15 and Zhengzhi 06ms030 were increased evidently than CK. The results indicated that this three cultivars should be the proper cultivars for space mutagenic breeding.关键词
