摘要
Abstract
To establish SRS service system based on EBI databases that can provide convenient and quick web search service of up to date common biologic databases from EBI for researchers. At the same time, to provide a reference of technical mechanism of building local SRS system for other institutes. In Linux and Tomcat , install and debug SRS 8. 1 academic edition of EBI. Use perl and shell to develop auto downloacl program and regular update program of EBI databases. The functions of EBI database download and update have been completed. The SRS server has heen installed and tested successfully, and now it works well.关键词
