基于模糊理论的博尔塔拉蒙古自治州水资源利用和谐度分析
Analysis on harmony degree of water resources utilization based on fuzzy theory: a case study of Bortala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture

Abstract
Evaluation index system of harmony degree of water resources utilization was established by analysis of water resources, social, economical and ecological statistical data in Bortala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture between 2002 and 2007.The mathematical model of assessing harmony degree of water resources utilization was established in virtue of harmony degree concept of fuzzy theory and relative weight of each assessing index was determined by AHP method.The harmony degree of water resourcesutilization was analyzed quantitatively in Bortala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture.The results showed as followed: ( 1 ) the harmony degree of water resources allocation increased year after year in Bortala region between 2002 and 2007; (2) water resources utilization hannony degree in Bole, Jinghe and Warm spring County of Bortala presented ascending tendency basically, which was in the harmony state each in 2007 and their harmony degree differences were small.The countermeasures to increase harmony degree of water resources utilization were put forward.关键词
