Abstract
The self-test program of ATS has to test and verify the specific instrument and switch. The assignment of instruments and switches in the ATLAS self-test program which can test the specific instrument and switch is presented. In order to improve the testing efficiency of self-test program, a method to reduce the redundant action in the testing loop is also presented.关键词
